This
is a great grilled cheese sandwich we really enjoy; I sometimes use grainy
mustard instead of the horseradish mayonnaise.
INGREDIENTS
2
slices GF bread
3
ounces GF deli style roast beef
1
1/2 ounce sliced fresh mozzarella cheese
Horseradish
mayonnaise sauce to taste
1/2
tablespoon butter
DIRECTIONS
Melt
the butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat; meanwhile assemble the
sandwich.
Place
in the sandwich in the skillet and cook until browned, about 3 to 4 minutes;
carefully turn over and brown the other side.
Allow
to cool a couple of minutes before you slice the sandwich so the cheese does
not pour out onto plate.
