Cheese Ball

This is a great tasting cheese ball I make often when expecting guests.

INGREDIENTS
1 (250 gram) package cream cheese (at room temperature)
4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 green onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Frank’s RedHot sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans

DIRECTIONS
Mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, hot sauce and smoked paprika.
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Finely grind the nuts.
Remove the cheese mixture from the refrigerator.
Place the ground nuts in a plate.
Grease your hands with olive oil and form the cheese mixture into a ball.
Roll over the nuts to coat.
Serve with your favourite crackers.
