Asian Flavoured Rotisserie Chicken

My husband bought a countertop rotisserie oven a few years back and I wanted to make sure I got good use out of it. So, I came up with quite a few rotisserie recipes and this is one of our favourites.

INGREDIENTS
1 (3 pound) whole chicken
1 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon GF soy sauce

DIRECTIONS
Mix water, Asian seasoning, vegetable oil and soy sauce together in a large plastic bag.
Add the whole chicken and shake bag to make sure chicken is well coated.
Seal bag and place in a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, turning over every hour to marinate evenly.
Bake in a rotisserie oven or BBQ until cooked through. The times will vary depending on which method you use. To be sure, insert a meat thermometer inside thickest part of the chicken, making sure not to touch the bone, and it should read 165 degrees fahrenheit.
Enjoy!
