INGREDIENTS
Vegetables (1
gallon, mixture of cucumber or zucchini, cauliflower, white pickling onions)
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1/2 cup salt
BRINE MIX
5 cups sugar
5 cups vinegar
2 teaspoons celery
seeds
2 teaspoons mustard
seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons
turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground
cloves
DIRECTIONS
Prepare vegetables cutting
into serving size pieces, sprinkle with 1/2 cup salt and let stand for three
hours
Rinse well with cold water to
remove salt
Brine Mix: Mix and bring to a
boil
Put vegetables in sterilised
jars, cover with boiling brine and seal.
Ready in 2 weeks.
