INGREDIENTS
4 chicken drumsticks (3oz each)
8 slices GF bacon (250g)
1 teaspoon GF Montreal steak spice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
GF BBQ sauce (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Take the skin off of the drumsticks and discard.
Mix together the Montreal steak spice and garlic powder and rub it
over the drumsticks.
Wrap two slices of bacon around each drumsticks and wrap
them individually and tightly with a double layer of foil.
Place these on a baking sheet and cook in a pre-heated 425
degree Fahrenheit oven for 30 minutes turning them half way through.
Carefully unwrap the chicken, if you want the bacon crispier
you can place them under the broiler for a couple of minutes until as crispy as
you like.
If using BBQ sauce, brush the drumsticks with it.
