Asian Inspired Salmon Fillet

Here is a great tasting and easy to put together salmon recipe I really enjoy. Serve it with a side of vegetables for dinner or on a salad for a nice lunch.

INGREDIENTS
6 to 8 ounce salmon filet
2 tablespoons GF orange marmalade
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
salt to taste
pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Mix the marmalade, water sesame oil and ground ginger in a re-sealable platic bag.
Add the fish and gently swish to coat the fillet.
Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove the fish from marinade and season with salt and pepper.
Coat and Baking pan with non- stick spray and add the fillet.
Cook uncovered in a preheated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven for about 15 minutes, or until fish flakes when poked with a fork, this will depend on thickness of the fillet.
