German Kraut Pizza

If you like sauerkraut you will like this pizza. It is very easy and quick to put together. I use the UDIs brand tortilla shells, they are much better then any other I have tried.

INGREDIENTS
2 GF tortilla shells
6 slices provolone cheese
3 tablespoons pizza sauce
4 slices Pillers German salami
1/3 cup drained and packed sauerkraut
2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
pickled hot peppers, as much as you like
salt to taste
pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Place one tortilla shell on a baking sheet, top with 3 slices provolone cheese and top with the second tortilla shell.
Spread the sauce evenly over the top shell.
Top with German salami, remaining provolone cheese, sauerkraut, onion and pickled peppers.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place in a preheated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven on middle rack and cook for 8 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Turn the broiler on and place on the top rack; broil for 3 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool a few minutes before slicing.
Enjoy!
