Here is a quick weeknight dinner I like to serve with
cooked vegetables.
INGREDIENTS
4 thin
fast-fry pork chops
2 tablespoons GF all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 large egg
1 teaspoon water
1/2 cup GF bread Crumbs
Cooking oil
DIRECTIONS
In
shallow dish, mix the flour, thyme, garlic powder, celery salt and pepper
together.
In a separate dish, whisk together egg and water.
Dredge chops in flour mixture.
Soak in egg mixture.
Dredge in bread crumbs.
Heat oil on medium-high in frying pan and cook dredged
pork chops until golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on thickness of chops.
