Bea's Ultimate Burger YUM!!!

Every one loves a good burger and this one is a crowd pleaser. I use the UDIs Brand hamburger buns when I don't have time to make fresh buns

INGREDIENTS
1/2 pound extra lean ground beef or bison, ground venison, elk, moose
1/2 pound ground pork
1/2 pound bacon
1/3 cup sun-dried tomato in oil, drained and finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared pesto
1/2 onion, sliced into 4 rounds
4 lettuce leaves
4 slices provolone cheese
4 GF hamburger buns

DIRECTIONS
Rough chop the bacon and toss into a food processor; process until ground and starts to stick together to form a ball.
In a large bowl, mix together the ground red meat, ground pork ground bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, chopped basil, garlic and hot pepper flakes.
Shape into 4 patties and cook in a large skillet over medium heat, until cooked through, about 20 minutes.
In the meantime, mix together the mayonnaise and pesto.
Plate a lettuce leaf on each of the bottom buns.
Add a cooked burger patty, provolone slice a tablespoon of the mayo/pesto mixture an onion round to each burger.
Add your favourite toppings if you like, add the top bun.
Enjoy!
