Fresh Tomato Basil Tortilla Pizza

This is a pizza I like to make when the tomatoes are in season. Make sure you slice your tomatoes very this as the crust for this pizza is a thin tortilla/fajita shell.

1(9 inch) GF tortilla/fajita shell
2 tablespoons pesto
3 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1 small tomato, sliced thinly
1 this slice of onion
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese (optional)

Place the tortilla/fajita shell on a baking sheet and spread the pesto evenly over the shell with the back of a spoon.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the pesto.
Top with the sliced tomato and onion.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the pizza, if using.
Place the baking sheet inside a preheated 400 degree Fahrenheit oven.
Cook for 5 minutes then broil for 2 minutes.
Allow to cool a couple of minutes before slicing.
