Grilled Portabellas

These babies are delicious and very easy to put together. They are perfect served up with a juicy grilled steak.


INGREDIENTS
2 portabella mushrooms, gills and stems removed
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 tablespoon white wine
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

DIRECTIONS
Mix together the melted butter, wine, oregano and garlic powder.
Remove the gills from the mushrooms with the side of a spoon.
Place the mushrooms on a work surface flat side down and drizzle the butter mixture inside the mushroom.
Oil the grill and cook over medium-high heat for a few minutes, until the mushrooms start to soften and darken.
Serve.
