Gluten Free Montreal Steak Spice

So many spice mixes have hidden gluten in them so I make my own. This is a famous Canadian spice mix which was developed in Montreal, a city in the province of Quebec, thus the name. It is typically used to season steaks but I use it in many of my recipes.

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons crushed black pepper
2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon granulated garlic powder
1 tablespoon granulated onion powder
1 tablespoon crushed coriander
1 tablespoon dill
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together well.
Store in an airtight container.
