Roasted Turmeric Cauliflower

This is a great tasting quick and easy cauliflower recipe we really enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
1 medium head cauliflower (chopped into florets)
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons turmeric powder
1 clove garlic, processed through garlic press
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Toss all the ingredients together in a large bowl then pour on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Place in a preheated 375 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for 30 minutes.

*Please keep in mind that not all dried herbs and spices are gluten free so check the labels to make sure the brand you are using is gluten free. The same applies for prepackaged store-bought items, check the labels to be sure. If in doubt, call the toll free number on packaging to be safe and to make your cooking/eating experience is truly gluten free.
