Honey-Garlic Chicken Wings -Baked

These are great tasting wings we enjoy quite often. The cook time for these wings is timed for whole wings, if using split wings, the cook time will be a bit less.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons hot water
2 tablespoons GF soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds chicken whole wings

DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients, except wings, together in a bowl.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick spray.
Place wings, skin side down, on the baking sheet and bake for thirty minutes, flipping them over after 15 minutes.
Drizzle sauce over wings, turn to coat and bake for another 30 minutes, or until cooked through, turning as needed so they do not stick.
Pour wings into a serving platter along with the pan juices.
Enjoy!

  1. Excellent wings! They came out nice and sticky but packed with flavor...I mixed the sauce in a large bow and tossed the wings in the mixture before pouring the whole thing back in the pan...the hubby raved about them...this is a keeper..made for "For Your Consideration" tag game...TeresaS
