Honey Garlic Scrambled Eggs

This was my daughter’s favorite way to have eggs when she was a youngster, I would serve these up on a buttered toast for her and she couldn’t get enough of this. My husband also likes it served on toast, to balance the sweetness he says, but I prefer mine served as is.



INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
1 teaspoon honey
Dash garlic powder
Pinch ground nutmeg
Pinch ground allspice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and add the eggs.
Bring to medium high heat and cook until cooked through while stirring a couple of time to break up the mixture.
Enjoy!
