1 pound baby russet potatoes, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon olive oil
sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
1 teaspoon GF soy sauce (I use the VH brand)
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Place the potatoes, sesame oil and olive oil in the actifry.
Cook for 30 to 35 minutes, until fries are a nice golden brown and crispy; sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
Mix together the soy sauce and rice vinegar and sprinkle over the chips.Enjoy!
