INGREDIENTS
1/2 bell pepper, diced
3 green onions, fine chop
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup mushrooms, fine chop
1 1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons parmesan
1 (7 oz) can GF crab meat
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
110 grams dry rice pasta noodles
DIRECTIONS
Cook pasta as per package directions.
Meanwhile, lightly coat a skillet with olive oil and cook
the vegetables over medium-high heat until done.
Reduce heat to medium and stir in the yogurt, parmesan and
crab meat and heat through.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over cooked and drained pasta.
