If you love garlic, this dip is for you. Soooooo tasty!!
3 heads garlic
olive oil to drizzle with
1 cup GF mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Cut the heads of garlic in half crosswise.
Place them on top of two layers of foil.
Drizzle the garlic with olive oil.
Fold foil wrap into a packet and roast in a 400 degree Fahrenheit oven for 40 minutes.
Allow to cool so to make handling easier.
Squeeze out the pulp; mix well with the remaining ingredients.
Scoop into a serving vessel and serve with crudités or GF crackers.
