This tasty whitefish recipe is so quick and easy to put
together and it tastes fantastic. It is perfect for a weeknight meal. The ginger really shines through in this
recipe.
INGREDIENTS
1 pound whitefish filets
3 tablespoons avocado oil (can use olive oil)
2 tablespoon (packed) chopped parsley
1 tablespoon GF soy sauce
1 tablespoon freshly grated turmeric
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
2 cloves garlic processed through garlic press
DIRECTIONS
Place the oil, parsley, soy sauce, turmeric, ginger,
coriander and garlic in a large plastic small bowl and mix well.
Generously brush the paste over both sides of the fish and
place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet; bake in a preheated 375 degree
Fahrenheit oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when poked with a
fork. (The cook time will vary depending on how thick the filets are.)
Enjoy!
