This is a
tasty BBQ sauce I make often; it is very spicy so not for the bland palate ;)
It is quick and easy to put together and adds loads of flavor to wings, ribs,
chicken, pork or beef. This doesn’t require any cooking as most BBQ sauces do
and it keeps well refrigerated.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup
prepared mustard
1/4 cup
plus 2 tablespoons liquid honey
2
tablespoons rice vinegar
1
tablespoon Smoked Chili Pepper Powder
1
tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons
garlic powder
2 teaspoons
onion powder
1 teaspoon
liquid smoke
1/4
teaspoon salt
1/4 cup
beer
DIRECTIONS
Whisk all
the ingredients together in a large bowl; cover and refrigerate at least 8
hours, preferably overnight.
Use as you
would any BBQ sauce.
NOTE: The
flavor gets better as this sits overnight.
