Garlic Lime Potatoes and Green Beans

I was looking for a side dish to compliment my Grilled Jerk Marinated Pork Chops and tossed this together. This turned out to be a great accompaniment to the chops.



INGREDIENTS
8 ounces baby potatoes
4 ounces green beans
2 cloves garlic
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS
Place the potatoes, beans, garlic and salt in a pot and cover with water; bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are just tender, about 15 minutes.
Drain and add the remaining ingredients.
Gently mix until butter is completely melted and potatoes and beans are coated.
Enjoy!
