3 Ingredient Fudgesicles -Copycat

These are a tasty treat I make during the summer months. I use plastic disposable cups to make these but you can use popsicle molds if you like. Run the frozen cups under cold water for a few seconds and push on the bottom of the cup to release the popsicles.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups chocolate milk
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 GF package instant chocolate pudding mix (4 serving size)

DIRECTIONS
Combine the chocolate milk, cream and pudding mix in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Pour into 6 (5 ounce) plastic disposable cups and let sit for 10 minutes.
Place the cups in the freezer for an hour then add the popsicle sticks to the center of popsicle.
Freeze the pops overnight.
Enjoy!

  1. Yummy! It is hard to believe that 3 ingredients can result in something so delicious. These fudgesicles were so creamy, rich, and chocolatey. They reminded me of the pudding pops that my kids used to eat many years ago. I used 2% chocolate milk, chocolate fudge instant pudding, and heavy whipping cream...heavenly! Also, I used popsicle molds instead of the disposable cups and this made (6) very full popsicles. I have been really enjoying these during the incredibly hot weather we've been having lately. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
