Marinade for Beef Steaks

A marinade I use for tough cuts of beef, it tenderizes as it flavours the beef.


INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup white wine
1 tablespoon GF Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
2 fresh sprigs oregano
1 clove garlic, pressed
pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Mix all the ingredients together in a re-sealable plastic bag.
Add the steaks and allow to marinate for 4 hours.
