INGREDIENTS
2 large portabella mushrooms
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 tablespoon GF Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
salt to taste
pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Wipe the portabella mushrooms and remove the gills and
stems. Place the mushrooms, flesh side down and set aside.
Mix together the butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder
and dried thyme in a small bowl.
Divide this mixture evenly amongst the 2 mushrooms and pour
into the mushrooms.
Grill on a pre-heated medium-high BBQ for about 5 minutes,
until just starts to soften.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
