Gluten Free Worcestershire Sauce

I was looking for a gluten free replacement for Worcestershire sauce when I came upon a photo of this recipe at epicurious. I did make a few slight changes to the original recipe to suit me best. This tastes just like the real thing and works great in recipes that call for Worcestershire sauce. This makes about 1 1/2 cups.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup gluten free reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons molasses
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon pepper

DIRECTIONS
Whisk all the ingredients together in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil while stirring constantly; simmer for 1 minute.
Allow to cool and pour into a bottle.
Cap and store in a cool dark spot.
Shake well before using.
