Tomato-Butter Pizza Sauce

This is enough sauce for 3 medium pizzas, depending on how much sauce you like on your pizza. I have, at times, used vegetable cocktail in lieu of tomato juice, depending on what I have on hand. Both work equally well. If you are watching your salt intake, you should use unsalted butter. But, if you are not watching your salt intake and like the typical pizzeria style sauces, this is great as is.

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup butter
1 (5.5 oz) can GF tomato paste
1 tablespoon prepared, minced garlic
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon parsley
1/2 cup tomato juice

DIRECTIONS
Melt butter in a glass bowl in microwave.
Whisk in remaining ingredients.
Spread over pizza dough.
Top and cook as per crust directions.
