2 pork butt chops
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
In a large re-sealable plastic bag, mix together the olive oil, vinegar, garlic and rosemary.
Add the chops and swish together to coat.
Place in refrigerator and allow marinating for 2 hours.
Remove chops from marinade and sprinkle with salt and pepper.Grill until cooked through, about 15 minutes, depending on thickness of chops.
