Well rise or no rise, they taste delicious!!
INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups almond
flour
1 cup carrots
(grated)
3 eggs
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup melted
coconut oil
1/4 cup honey (or
maple syrup)
1/2 teaspoon baking
soda
1/4 teaspoon sea
salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine all the ingredients.
Put in lined muffin tin.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
