Jalapeno Popper Burger

This is a tasty burger that always goes over well. I usually serve it with Buffalo chips that I cook in my actifry while I am cooking these burgers. If using the skillet method, drizzle enough vegetable oil to just coat the bottom of pan and cook over medium-high heat.

 INGREDIENTS
2 pounds regular ground beef
2 eggs
3/4 cup chopped pickled jalapeno peppers, divided
2 tablespoons dehydrated onion flakes
1 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
6 gluten free hamburger buns (I use UDI's Brand)
1/4 cup cream cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

DIRECTIONS
Mix together the cream cheese, 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt; set aside.
Mix together the remaining ingredients and form into 6 patties.
Grill or cook in a skillet on stove-top until cooked through and no longer pink.
Place the patties on top of the bottom bun.
Add desired toppings atop the patties.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top bun and place on your topped patties.
Enjoy.
