Buffalo Chips, Wedges or Fries for Actifry

This recipe is cooked in an actifry cooker which I absolutely love. You can deep fry 2 pounds of potatoes in this cooker using only 1 tablespoon of oil. The actifry is a TFal product. 

These potatoes are a tasty treat on their own or a lovely side to burgers, hot dogs or a fat juicy steak. You can slice them as you like but keep in mind the thinner you slice these the less time they will take to cook. The time I have listed is for 1/4 inch potato wedges.  For those of you who don't have access to Frank's RedHot Sauce, I do have a copycat recipe for it HERE

INGREDIENTS
2 pounds new white potatoes
2 actifry spoons Frank's RedHot Sauce
1 actifry spoon melted butter
Good sprinkle garlic powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Clean potatoes well and pat dry.
Cut in half lenghtwise then place the flat side down and slice into 1/4 inch slices.
Toss into actifry.
Drizzle with hot sauce and butter.
Sprinkle with garlic powder to taste.
Cook for 30 to 35 minutes until nice and crispy.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with a mixture of equal amounts of ketchup and Frank’s RedHot sauce to dip in.
