INGREDIENTS
3 cups water plus 2 tablespoons, divided
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
2 teaspoons GF dehydrated beef bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon GF Worcestershire sauce
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons corn starch
DIRECTIONS
Place 3 cups water, mushrooms, bouillon granules,
Worcestershire sauce and bay leaves in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high
heat.
Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered for about 15
minutes.
Return to high heat and bring to a boil.
Mix 2 tablespoons water with 2 tablespoons cornstarch and
pour into boiling mixture.
Stir until thickened and removed from heat.
Serve.
