Balsamic Tomato Avocado Salad

This is a light salad I make often during tomato season. The dressing is divine!!

1 avocado, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Italian herb paste
Sprinkle of garlic powder
Sprinkle of onion powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Place the chopped avocado and tomato in a serving dish and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Whisk together the remaining ingredient and pour over tomato and avocado mixture; toss lightly to coat with dressing.

*Please keep in mind that not all dried herbs and spices are gluten free so check the labels to make sure the brand you are using is gluten free.
