1/2 English cucumber
1 small clove garlic
1 green onion, minced
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon GF chicken bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon jarred minced ginger
Pinch hot pepper flakes
Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and mix with the remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.Enjoy!
