2 bone in, skin on chicken breasts
1 cup GF beer
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons GF BBQ sauce, divided
2 tablespoons GF beer
Place the chicken in a large re-sealable freezer bag.
Add 1 cup beer, salt, brown sugar and garlic powder to the bag and swish together; marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Remove the chicken from marinade and rinse well.
Pat dry and set aside.
Mix together 1/4 cup BBQ sauce and 2 tablespoons beer and slather over chicken pieces (I toss all this together in a plastic bag).
Place the chicken pieces in the smoker and smoke for 2 1/2 hours at 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
Take the chicken out of the smoker and brush with 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce.Enjoy!
