2 (8oz each) 1 1/4 inch thick salmon steaks
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 teaspoons GF
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh basil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Sprinkle both sides of the salmon steaks with salt and pepper.
Generously coat a baking pan with non-stick spray and place the salmon in pan.
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the salmon.
Cook until fish flakes when poked with a fork, about 20 minutes, depending on thickness.Remove from oven and serve.
