The Perfect Grilled T-Bone Steak

Summer has not been the greatest for us this year with lots of rain and cold days. We have had a few warm days and I took advantage of them and sparked up the BBQ.

This simple but tasty recipe makes for a great tasting steak. The cook time will vary depending on the  thickness of steaks and the grill you are using. The recipe is posted for 1 steak but you can adjust the amounts according to how many you are grilling.

INGREDIENTS
1 T-Bone Steak (1 1/2 inch thick)
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 tablespoon GF Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
salt to taste
pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper.
Mix the butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and dried thyme together in a small bowl and brush over both sides of steaks, using all of the mixture.
Place on a pre-heated, medium-high grill and cook, grilling both sides, until desired doneness is achieved. (I like mine done to medium-rare and I grill it 4 to 5 minutes per side)
