This is a great tasting grilled chicken recipe. I like to serve this up with baked potatoes or cooked rice.
1 pound skinless boneless chicken thighs
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 bay leaf, crumbled up
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Place the olive oil, vinegar, oregano, rosemary and bay leaf in a re-sealable plastic bag and mix well.
Add the chicken pieces and swish together to coat.
Marinate refrigerated for 4-6 hours.
Oil the grill well.
Remove chicken from marinade and place on heated grill sprinkle with salt and pepper.
