I have always loved the Kraft Dill Pickle Chip Dip and this is what I came up with when trying to copy the flavours.
1 (250 gram) package softened cream cheese
250 grams sour cream
2 average size dill pickles (chopped into small pieces)
1 tablespoon dill weed
1/2 tablespoon garlic salt
Mix all ingredients together.
Let sit overnight.
Serve with GF ruffled potato chips. (My favourite GF chips are Lays)
