Butter and Brown Sugar Baked Potatoes

This can be made in the oven or on the grill over indirect heat. This is a great side to any grilled meat.

INGREDIENTS
1 new potato (8 ounces)
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 teaspoon GF beef bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
Dash garlic powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Scrub potato clean and thinly slice with a sharp knife.

Place 2 layers of foil into a soup bowl and place the sliced potato inside the foil and shape the foil loosely around the potato leaving the top open.

Mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, beef bouillon granules and the garlic powder; pour over the potato.
Seal the foil and place in a pre-heated 400 degree Fahrenheit and cook for 45 minutes.

Remove from oven, open the foil packet, and return to oven; cook for another 15 minutes or until top of potato starts to brown. Remove from oven sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.

Enjoy!
