INGREDIENTS

pound ground venison
1/2 pound ground pork
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup GF bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper, to taste
1 cup GF chilli sauce
1 tablespoon GF Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
DIRECTIONS
Combine
venison, pork, egg, bread crumbs, sage, salt and pepper; mix well.
Form into 1 inch meatballs and place
in a 9 by 13 inch pan.
Combine chilli sauce, Worcestershire
sauce, brown sugar and vinegar and spoon over meatballs.
Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit,
basting several times with the sauce, for 45 to 60 minutes, until meatballs are
completely baked.
