INGREDIENTS
2 pounds chicken wings split
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice, divided
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon GF soya sauce, divided
1 teaspoon garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
Place 1/2 cup pickle juice, olive oil, 1/4 cup soy sauce and
garlic powder in a large re-sealable plastic bag and mix well.
Add the wings and swish together making sure they are all
covered.
Marinate refrigerated for at least 2 hours and up to and no
longer then 4 hours.
Remove wings from marinade and toss into the actifry.
Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on thickness of wings,
or until cooked through.
Meanwhile mix together the 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
and 1 tablespoon soy sauce; pour into an empty salt shaker.
Drizzle the cooked wings with the dill pickle
juice and soy sauce mixture and enjoy.
