Mini Meat and Cheese Skewers

I make these often for pot-lucks or whenever I have guests over, they are always a hit. I never thought of this as a recipe until I was recently asked for it. So I took the time to weigh the ingredients to be accurate and here it is Di, enjoy.

10 ounces calabrese sausage
6 ounces jalapeno mozzarella
24 olives 
24 mini pickle onions
24 wooden toothpicks

Cut the sausage and cheese into 24 equal portions.
Skewer one olive onto toothpick, then 1 piece of sausage, one piece of cheese then one pickled onion; repeat until all are done.
