Sweet and Smoky Pineapple Ginger BBQ Sauce

This sauce can be used on about any kind of meat. It has a nice sweet taste to it. The flavour is best after 24 hours.

1 1/4 cup pineapple juice, unsweetened
1 cup GF teriyaki sauce (I use VH brand)
1 cup GF catsup
4-5 cloves garlic, pressed
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons GF molasses
1/4 cup prepared minced ginger
1 tablespoon GF liquid smoke

Place the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, catsup, garlic and brown sugar in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil over med-high heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in the ginger and liquid smoke, simmer another 5 minutes; remove from heat.
Pour into a mason jar and let cool completely.
Keep refrigerated.
