Turkey, Avocado and Parmesan Burger

The avocado and mayonnaise make this burger patty nice and moist. Cook these patties in a skillet, they will not cook well on the grill because they will fall apart easily.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 pound extra lean ground turkey
40 grams avocado (1/4 of a medium avocado)
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon rice bread crumbs
1 tablespoon GF mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon oregano
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 GF hamburger buns 

DIRECTIONS
Mash the avocado with the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and mayonnaise.
Add the garlic powder, oregano and ground turkey; mix well and form into 2 patties.
Drizzle a non-stick skillet with just enough oil to cover the bottom and bring to medium-high heat.
Add the patties, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook flipping once, until cooked through and no longer pink in the middle, about 6 to 7 minutes per side.
Place the cooked patties on bottom bun, top as desired.
