Cumin-Oregano Potato Wedges (Actifry)

These are a tasty side to grilled steak, pork chops, burgers or hot dogs. They cook up in about 30 minutes. I love dunking these in ketchup!  For those of you who don't have access to Frank's RedHot Sauce, I do have a copycat recipe for it HERE

INGREDIENTS
1 pound new potatoes
1/2 tablespoon butter
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Frank's RedHot sauce
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt to taste
pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Wash the potatoes and pat them dry with a clean towel.
Cut the potatoes into wedges, about 1/2 an inch thick.
Toss in the actifry along with the butter, olive oil, hot sauce, cumin and oregano.
Cook until they are a nice light golden color, about 30 minutes, depending on how big the potatoes are cut.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Enjoy!
