BBQ Rotisserie Chicken

This super easy recipe makes for a tasty, moist and tender chicken.

1 (3 to 4 pound) whole chicken
1 cup GF BBQ sauce
1 bottle (340 ml) GF beer (I use New Grist)
2 tablespoons grainy mustard
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano

Place the BBQ sauce, beer, mustard, vegetable oil and oregano in a large re-sealable plastic bag and shake to mix.
Add the chicken seal bag and shake making sure the inside and outside of chicken are coated.
Marinate for 8 hours or overnight.
Cook in rotisserie oven or on a grill rotisserie until cooked through, the meat thermometer should read 165 degrees when inserted in thickest part of chicken.
