Rosemary Mustard Beef Kebabs

This is a recipe I found in a Food Network Magazine and really enjoyed. The directions call for marinating for 30 minutes, but, I let it marinate for a couple of hours and it was just perfect.

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 1/2 pounds beef or pork cut into 1 inch cubes
pepper, to taste

Soak skewers for 30 minutes.
In the meantime mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let sit for 30 minutes.
Thread meat onto skewers and sprinkle with salt, to taste.
Brush a bit of olive oil on the grill and grill the kebabs turning as needed until cooked.
