These are a nice appetizer or serve as a light side.
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup oil
1 onion
thinly sliced
1 teaspoon
salt
2 teaspoons
parsley flakes
1
tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon
prepared mustard
2 (6 oz)
cans whole mushrooms
DIRECTIONS
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients except
for mushrooms.
Bring to a
boil and add drained mushrooms.
Simmer 5
minutes.
Remove from
heat and transfer to a bowl.
Chill
covered overnight.
