Baby Back Pork Ribs

These tasty ribs are very easy to put together. I make these often during the winter months when I cannot grill.

Serve 2

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 pounds baby back pork ribs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Frank’s RedHot sauce
1/2 tablespoon GF Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard

DIRECTIONS
Remove and discard the membrane from the ribs and set them aside.
Mix together the salt, pepper, onion powder and mustard powder
Rub the ribs with the spice mixture; wrap them up with foil and place on a cookie sheet flesh side down.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven, remove the foil and return the ribs to the cookie sheet with the flesh side up.
Turn the oven to broil and mix together the mayonnaise, hot sauce, Worcestershire and mustard and brush over the ribs.
Return the ribs to the oven on the top shelf and cook until the sauce is bubbling and the ribs start to brown. (The time will vary from one oven to another so keep a close eye on these)
Remove the ribs from the oven and serve.
