This pasta
recipe is so rich and creamy and very tasty!! The best thing about this recipe
is that it is super easy to throw together and company worthy. I serve this
with a side of garlic toast, YUM!
INGREDIENTS
1 pound
beef chunks
Salt to
taste
Pepper to
taste
2
tablespoons olive oil
120 grams GF dry fusilli pasta noodles
1 1/2 cup
water or more
1/4 cup
plus 1 tablespoon basil pesto, divided
2 to 3 tablespoons
cream cheese (depending on how creamy you want it)
DIRECTIONS
Season the
beef chunks with salt and pepper.
Bring the
oil to medium-high heat in a large skillet and add the beef and brown on all
sides.
Add the
fusilli, 1 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup pesto and simmer until pasta is just
cooked. You may need to add a bit more water to stop the pasta from sticking to
pan; add a bit at a time if necessary, you want just a bit of liquid left once
cooked.
Stir in the
remaining ingredients and warm through.
Enjoy!
